Today I shared the message at church. I spoke about Jesus and the reason He should be our priority. "Seek Ye first the kingdom of God and His rghteousness and all these things will be addded unto you."

I noticed it was a very joyful message to share. It was easy for me. I enjoyed it very much. I felt complete and pure, refreshed and empowered after preaching this message. It gave me life.

As I reflected afterwards I felt the gaze of Jesus. I literally felt the friendship of Jesus.

Could it be that speaking about the simple and pure gospel is the best and most important message to preach? we notice that when Jesus began His preaching ministry, He preached a simple message, that was being preached by his cousin, John the Baptist. "Repent, for the Kingdom of God is near." His message was to prepare the people for Jesus' Lordship. The message was in preparation and making the way to the building of the kingdom of God on the shoulders of Jesus Christ. He is the Kingdom.

I have encountered God today. I have received revelation of His word, His Kingdom and His Son. I beleive I have encountered to essence of God, in His simple Gospel. Today I became a friend of Jesus.

The message of Jesus Christ is so pure, it satisfies. I feel like I don't ever want to preach or teach anything else. However, I know better. I must allow Jesus to lead me in what messages I must share.

Beloved, every message we share has to be founded on the Rock, the revelation of Jesus Christ. He is the foundation of all truth. He must always be the Hero. The Main actor, the one on center stage of every message. If we speak about love, it must be founded on Christ. If we speak about prosperity it must be founded on Christ. If we speak about healing, it is Jesus who takes front stage, not methods, ideas, programs, or even strategies.

His name, presence, power and grace is the bedrock of our salvation. He is the One who purifies and validates all messages.

Glory be to God for the revealtion of Jesus Christ.
